YES! We guarantee YOU WILL PASS THE MICROSOFT Technical and/or COMPTIA CERTIFICATION EXAM if you use our PowerLearning™ systems!

This is how it works:

If you use the latest PowerLearning™ training material and if the registered user fails any one certification exam twice within 120 days of purchase [five (5) days must elapse between first and second attempt] and you can show proof of failure for that Certification exam, together with a score of 96% or better twice using our online  practice exams, then the corresponding training package for that exam may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. If your training package includes 2 (two) or more exams or courses this guarantee only applies to your first certification exam module.

All you need to do is send us a copy by Fax of:

1. The failed exam report's issued by an Authorized Testing Centre (such as Prometric or VUE)

2. Two Typical Exam Simulation scores using our publishers exam simulator software of 96% or better that are dated prior to the date of your certification exam's.

3. Receipt for the exams fees.
